Glade Waterfall, BC

Krista and the girls came for a visit from Calgary, AB.

We took them for a hike up to the glade waterfall for the day.

The girls had fun climbing and exploring and posing for multiple pictures.

I am so proud of our son, he went camping this weekend and didn't call to come home. This is a huge step for him as he doesn't really like to be away from home, he won't even sleepover at a friends house. I am so proud of him and I hope he likes this new sense of independance that he has gained. Way to go bud!!

Well after months of not being able to access my blog I finally decided to reset the password. Now hopefully I will remember it. I will catch you all up to date soon and post some new pictures. Thanks for bearing with me.

This is our house before and after we gave it a face lift this summer. It's amazing what a few cans of paint and some intense labour can turn into. Last fall we had the shingles replaced. This year we replaced two patio doors, the front door, built a new stone patio and painted the entire outside of the house and deck. Next year we are hoping to re-landscape the back yard, put in an outdoor fireplace and replace some windows.

Well looky there!! I figured out how to put our photo on here. Now I just need to figure out everything else. I'm hoping to be a professional blogger in no time. I do think there is hope for me yet.

Random Ramblings

Second to last day visiting with the Larson girls. I am still figuring out this whole blogging thing. Stay tuned as I learn how to add pictures and all the other fun things.
